If you device is still under warranty we suggest contacting your supplier first.
Tomatex is authorized to fix minor malfunctioning of the Scenar devices by RITM OKB. We will try to solve your problem with your device.
For the major issues and upgrades we need to send the device to Russia for the professionals to look at it and tune it on a special equipment. The whole process may take up to 4-6 weeks. The customer is also responsible for the postal expenses (UPS to Russia).
Please give as much information as possible to assist us in determining the problem with your unit.
You can explain the reason in your own words if it’s easier for you.
While under the 2-year warranty the customer should send the device and pay the return shipment. We will provide an exchange of the devices during the repair period.
You can ship your devices at our address TOMATEX LLC.
We shall send you the essential elements for payment and the amount after the device inspection and coordination of way/price the return shipping.
